Stumbling through fitness, one new workout at a time!
Hi, my name is Dani (short for Danielle – which only my mom calls me when I’m in trouble). I started She’s Working Out in November 2017, as a way for me to share with others my experiences of trying new workouts and fitness plans. As a former college athlete, I understand the importance of maintaining a fit and healthy lifestyle.
I work full time as an eCommerce Manager, coach high school basketball and also just got married to my very best friend – so needless to say, I stay busy! Since graduating from college, I’ve always had different people ask me what I do to stay in shape. With an extremely busy schedule and constantly on-the-go planning, I still find time to squeeze in a quick workout.
There are a few reasons why I love working out. One – I love to indulge in my favorite foods, including every possible baked good and sugar infused candy bar you can name. To say I have a sweet tooth is an understatement! The other reason is to simply feel good about myself. Often times I don’t feel like I’ve succeeded with a workout until I find myself covered in sweat. It’s just an incredible feeling to know you accomplished something to better yourself and have the evidence to show for it.
Reviews and recommendations are a part of my daily routine. Being an eCommerce Manager in the travel industry, I handle A LOT of reviews and understand the importance of them. I always find myself reading reviews and investigating any recommendation before I make any decision. Just like you, I value my time and money, and want you to do the same before you start your next fitness plan.
